ZK series linear vibrating screen works:
Linear vibrating screen dual motor drive, when the two motors do synchronized reverse rotation, the eccentric block of the exciting force generated by mutually offset in a direction parallel to the motor axis, and stacked in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft as a force and therefore the sifter's trajectory is a straight line. 1, the sieve box: by several types of different thickness steel plate welded together, has a certain strength and stiffness, is the major component of the screening machine.
2,  Screen frame: pine or deformation amount smaller wood, mainly used to keep the screen flat, reaching the normal screening.
3,  Screen: There are a few kinds of low carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire mesh.
4, the vibration motor: (use and maintenance methods detailed vibration motor manual).
